- 200 g self raising flour

- 4 eggs
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp milk

- In a small frying pan. Cube the jelly and add the water. Heat until the cubes are fully dissolved. Put to one side and allow to cool and set.
- Pre heat the oven to 160c.
- Cream the sugar and butter.
- Add the eggs one by one.
- Fold in flour and baking powder. Add the milk to loosen the mix.
- Add the mix to a large greased frying pan. The pan needs to be ovenproof.
- Cover loosely with foil and put in the oven. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for 5-10 minutes more. Until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to rest in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Then turn out upside down on a wire rack to completely cool.
- Assemble the cake and jelly. Turn the cake over and carefully place the jelly into the center.
- Using a Bain Marie, melt the chocolate. Allow to cool a while. Spoon the chocolate around the edges of the cake and then pour the rest over the jelly and smooth. Finally just as the chocolate is setting use a skewer to mark the top.
