  1. First peel and boil the potatoes. Let it cool,In a small pot mashed potatoes. In a pan pour some oil when oil is heated add Cumin seeds after that add onion,salt,capcium, roasted Cumin seed powder green chilliy red chilli powder, Cook for 5min.
  2. Now add mashed potatoes in that pan sprinkle Coriander leaves and mix it well with the help of spatula.keep side.now Cut the bread with a glass or cookie cutter.
  3. Take curd in a bowl beat the curd so there is no any lump in it and add salt to taste. Now take a small pan pour some oil when oil is heated add curry leaves, mustard seeds and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder add tempering (tadka) to the curd mix it well.
  4. After that take bread put potatoes mixture on one side and curd on one side.
  5. Now take a tawa (griddle)pour 2tsp oil when it is heated place the side of potato on tawa and keep the curd part up.
  6. Cover it with any lid or any plate,make sure do not touch the curd portion with lid.
  7. Shallow fry potato portion When you see aloo portion is became golden brown remove it on the plate.serve it hot with any chutney.
